She warmly welcomes invites to teach dance (Lyrical, Musical Theatre, and Street dance) and is also available to teach drama/acting/directing in schools and FE/HE sector. Stephanie trained from a very young age with the Sleaford Youth Dance Company and Black Friars Theatre Company where she was able to perform in such productions as Mary Poppins, Cinderella, as well as some original works. She gained her first professional dancing job at the age of 15 doing short tours and gigs with dance group "Ttoria". At 16 she embarked on the BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts which she passed with merits and at 18 she was awarded a scholarship at the Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama. There she was able further her training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Street dance, Musical Theatre, Acting and Vocal repertoire. During her time at drama school, she also began teaching the arts with a local theatre academy. She also choreographed and directed shows with casts of more then 120 cast members. Graduating in 2006 with a Distinction, Stephanie went on to work professionally as an actress and dancer. Her credits include: ITV’s The Bill, BBC One’s Ashes to Ashes, Sherlock Holmes, Wild Target, the lead in ‘Hairspray’ (off London’s West End), Coming of Age, and several variety shows and pantomimes. Stephanie currently has a regular teaching role at Make - Believe Stage and Screen Limited. She trains students in dance and drama, to a standard where they are attending professional auditions. She choreographs and helps to direct shows which are performed in the West End Bloomsbury Theatre, London. Stephanie is a great teacher, with bags of experience and she is available to teach dance and drama to all.
