Jodie Rodaway has over 18 years of dance experience from performing on stage, in competitions or succeeding in exams; she has always aimed high to achieve a high standard.
She studied the ISTD syllabus in Modern & Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Rock n Roll and Disco, along with the RAD syllabus up to Grade 6. Although much of her dance career has seen her creating her own pieces, for the last 5 years she has also begun to choreograph for dance groups and schools.
In the past, Jodie has worked with New Pantomime Productions, the Jiving Lindy Hoppers, Miss England, Groundlings Theatre Company, the Clothes Show Live, Shakespeare4Kids, Class Pictures Entertainment Ltd, and more.
During her degree, A Levels and GCSE examinations, she also gained full understanding of the techniques of Merce Cunningham, Mark Morris, Doris Humphrey, Martha Graham, Akram Khan, Matthew Bourne and Richard Alston.
Jodie is currently undertaking her ISTD teaching exams and is available for teaching in a private & group capacity across Hampshire and the surrounding counties.
