Geoff Lea has been an active guitar practitioner for the last 25 years. As a graduate from the prestige Guitar Institute of Technology at the Musicians Institute, London in 1994, he studied with musicians who have worked with acclaimed stars such as Michael Jackson, Annie Lennox, Mike Oldfield and George Michael.
Geoff is a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors and is his qualifications are recognised worldwide. Currently he has been playing in an international tribute band for Bon Jovi and his talent has taken him across the continents. He also has been fortunate enough to play at two of England’s biggest venues: Wembley Arena and Birmingham NEC.
As a further education lecturer, Geoff has recently worked at Farnborough College of Technology as a Music Technology lecturer for HND students, and is currently teaching children and adults to play the guitar in groups and individually.
Geoff is a really down to earth friendly teacher who gets the best out of all students in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. If you want to learn about music or have a jam then Geoff is your leading man into the spotlight.
