Jo is an approachable and friendly instructor with extensive dance, choreography and performance experience. She has taught & choreographed across the UK for a variety of dance schools, as well as fashion shows, musical theatre productions and dance troupes. Jo founded a successful Disco dancing club at Cardiff University which performed annual dance shows. Her enthusiastic and motivating teaching style brought students back year after year.
Jo's performance portfolio includes devising and performing with Rambert Dance Company at the Theatre Royal in Plymouth, lead roles in various amateur musical theatre productions including Oliver, Peter Pan and Joseph & His Technicolour Dream Coat amongst others.
She was head dancer at Candy Store in Plymouth and Creation in Cardiff which saw her dance alongside Judge Jules, Annie Nightingale & Pete Tong.
Jo is also an instructor for Polestars UK where she teaches across the south coast. She has always had a love for dance and fitness and is passionate about instructing others. She has taught children of all ages, teenagers and adults old and young. Her skill of being able to relate to people from all walks of life with a happy and approachable attitude makes her a popular teacher and an inspiring instructor.
